Canada Post is my friend

Hi everyone!

Discovered a great new service offered by Canada Post last night. I had to mail Mom's birthday present so I went to their website to get an idea about how much it would cost. They now have a service where you enter the mailing information, weigh and measure your parcel, print off the label and drop it off at any corner red mailbox. It worked so easy!

I wasn't the only one who thought the book club book sucked - about 80% of the club did. The next book is "The In-between World of Vikram Lall" by MG Vassanji and many were excited to read it. I'll give it a shot but if I don't like it, I won't come back in the new year. I've had two books in two meetings that I've hated.

It's cold today (-9 and a high of -5 this afternoon) and I have a chiropractor's appointment after work in the far north of the city. I'm going to ask him for a referral for someone closer. I like his services and feel comfortable with him, but except for my 15 minute appointment, I spend over 3 hours either on transit or waiting for it. It can make for a very long evening (especially in the winter). He actually went to school with the husband of my chiropractor in Chesley! Small world eh?

Anyways, my tea is about ready - Green Tea Tropical "Smooth green tea leaves harmoniously blend with sweet tropical fruits to create a sensation as uplifting as a breeze off the isle of Papenoo".

Have a great day!
