Hello Everyone,
The weather changed overnight, which meant almost a 15C temperature change between yesterday and today. I'm happy though, as that frigid weather was very draining.
No Banff this weekend after all. Jerry's folks don't have their winter tires on yet and his Mom fell yesterday on the ice outside their house and broke her arm. They're staying with Jerry's brother and sister (yes - this is correct. They're Jerry's half siblings so neither are blood related to each other) recovering.
So, the weekend will be busy with Christmas preparations. Final big tidy before we decorate and this'll be the last weekend I have Jerry as the mountains are calling.

So... huh? I'm confused about your remark on Jerry's siblings...
Too bad about Banff, but more too bad about Jerry's Mom's arm. That sucks. Hope she heals well and fast.
Jerry's family is interesting.
Both his Mom & Dad were previously married and had children. Jerry's half-brother on his Dad's side married his half-sister on his Mom's side.
Kinda like what was hinted on The Brady Bunch
Oh, and to throw in one more thing. Their house has a secondary suite where another brother (half-brother to Jerry, full brother to the one married to the half-sister)lives.
