Friday!

Hello Everyone!

It's Friday afternoon and I have 1 hour, 11 minutes left to work. It rained early in the morning (right around when the techs were coming to work) so despite it not raining for the rest of the day, they didn't work. It's been a slow day but I won't complain.

Sent off my notice to the landlord this morning. I have to give them 2 months' notice.

Spent last night cuddling with Mike. There wasn't much on tv so I watched part of Some Like It Hot. It still makes me laugh.

I'm going to a spa tomorrow to get my eyebrows waxed (apparently this is done instead of having them plucked). I've been thinking about it for a while (getting them shaped). I let you know how everything goes and how painful it is. I read that you should get it done professionally and then once the hair grows back in, it's easier to see them to pluck. I'm also getting a mini-facial (ahhhhhh).

I'm also winning a couple auction items on ebay. The auction ends tonight around 7pm my time so I'll be on my computer watching the stupid last-minute buyers.

Will spend most of the weekend cleaning the apartment and running errands. Although the washing machine is hooked up again downstairs, I think I'll take my laundry to the laundry mat again. It was nice to be able to do more than one load at a time. The dryers also worked better.
