Hi everyone!
Another cold morning (-18 C) and I'm still getting warmed up after my walk.
Made my Christmas treats last night. Much earlier than expected but not everyone is working next week (although I am). It didn't take very long as I had all my ingredients at hand and everything I needed was ready to go. I made turtle squares, peanut brittle, two-tone almond bark, unbaked honey squares and fantasy fudge. Also made some shortbread cookies and chocolate macaroons but both turned out terribly. I find shortbread very tough - mine only turn out about half of the time.
Getting my hair cut tonight and then will attend the church's annual dinner. It'll be my first turkey of the year (Thanksgiving was Indian cuisine - yum!).
