Apartment seaching

Hello Everyone,

Yep, the search is on. We gave our notice to move out at the end of July. Keith is moving out at the end of the month and our house is too big, the rent is too high, there's too much work and the utilities are crazy.

We're looking for a 2 bedroom suite that allows pets in the general area we're currently in.

As soon as you add in the pets, you go from 7 pages of listings to 2.5.

We fell in love with one that we saw on Wednesday but haven't heard back yet. Will follow up with them later today. We saw a small place last night that I didn't like and we have another one to see tonight. There are also a few more I want to check out.

We weren't planning to move so soon but there was a lot available and the first place required us to give our notice since they would be phoning our current landlord. And it will mean a better chance to avoid the students. And we'd have a month to downsize and move. Which I like. It's expensive since you're paying rent at two places but the stress level is less than half and it'll be a considerable downsize.

We've donated a bunch of "stuff" already and a few furniture pieces. I think we're dropping off electronics this weekend.

We're heading to Lethbridge for the weekend to visit with Jerry's family.

And I have no idea what we're doing with the garden yet.
