A gray afternoon

Hi Everyone!

What's the difference between "gray" and "grey"? I use both but have no idea why.

Just finished my homework for my first class of my new course. The course is called "Understanding Worldviews". The course will explore ways in which the student can develop a positive relationship with God as he/she explores the role of general revelation (the creation), special revelation (the Scriptures) and the experiences of God at work in the modern world.

I've had a lot of difficulty doing this week's homework. This week was about Protestant liberalism vs evangilicalism and the decline of the importance of God in today's society. I think this is difficult for me because the author of the textbook attacks a lot of issues in liberalism that I think are important. I am active in the church because of these issues. God is important to me and I feel a loss when I'm not in the community structure of a church.

I think tonight's class will be interesting as I'm one of the few who belong to a traditional liberal church. I hope to gain some insight.
